Removed the head, pistons 5 and 6 are not cooperating and refuse to move

How about a Cummins 4BT with an Allison 1000 five speed overdrive automatic! 420 foot pounds of torque, 175 hprsepower, intercooled and turbo charged. This ought to move the truck down the road with ease and haul a trailer
